My name is Cheryl, I am 22 years old and grew up in the beautiful and rainy town of Prince Rupert, British Columbia. I attended a great church there with an awesome youth group, which I go back to visit as often as I can, this year I am going to be counselling at there Jr. Camp. For the last three years I have lived in Kelowna, I moved here to go to film school so I can make documentary films. My final project was a doc about Christianity which I showed at a small film festival. I am currently a lifeguard/ swim instructor at a new waterpark in Kelowna and have been enjoying that very much. I have found a great church here and good friends and possibly even my future husband. I enjoy late night hikes, movies and games with my friends. I am excited for a new experience to go to Kenya and serve Jesus!!!
